Below is some key information and dates that will help you as as you begin to think about housing for next year and the housing selection process.
Housing Accommodations:
If you have already been approved for a housing accommodation for this semester/academic year or previous years through Accessibility Services and need to renew your housing accommodation you can submit the Accommodations Renewal Form. If you believe you require a housing accommodation due to a disability and you have not gone through the accommodations process with the office of Accessibility Services before you should review the Accessibility Services website to review the information regarding requesting a housing accommodation and the overall process including the documentation that will be needed. The deadline for requesting a housing accommodation is March 15, 2025.
Off-Campus Housing Application
If you are interested in living off-campus the off-campus housing application opens on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 and closes on March, 15, 2025. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be approved to live off campus.
Application Based Housing:
Please note that if you are interested in the application based processes you can only apply to either the program housing/community-based living process or the Copenhagen process, not both.
Program Housing/Community-Based Living, and Copenhagen Application Timeline:
Applications Open on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST
Applications Close on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST

General Room Selection:
The independent living moodle opens on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.
All students hoping to live in a woodframe house or apartment must complete and pass the independent living moodle in order to be able to select into a woodframe house or apartment. If any member of a formed group has not completed and passed the independent living moodle then the group will not be eligible to select into a woodframe or apartment.
The independent living moodle closes on April 7, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST.
General Room selection will take place between April 21 and May 2.
Closing:
Undergraduate residences close for first-years, sophomores, and juniors, on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. Even if you live in a house or an apartment with a senior you are expected to move out of your room and housing by Saturday, May 17, 2025. At 1:00 PM EST.
